BO FIGHTING CLASS $20
Saturday March 27th
5-6pm
Learn bo technique, 2-man kata and fight with foam bo, this class is fun for all ages and ranks.
DODGE BALL PIZZA PARTY $10
Also Saturday March 27th
6-8pm all ages and rank old enough for drop-off. No uniforms, wear comfortable clothes.
Sign up for bo fighting and pizza party, 3 hrs of fun plus a pizza dinner for $30! Wear your uniform, take off gi top for the pizza party.
LEARN TO WRESTLE
This class will be offered bi-weekly: March 13th and 27th 12:30-1:30 - only $5
Your friends outside KSR are welcome!
Wrestling is a sport that cross-trains well with martial arts and Hybrid Fighting. Come learn some basic drills, techniques and live wrestling. Wear shorts and a tee shirt, wrestling shoes or bare feet (no sneakers that are worn outside). Headgear is required, you may purchase one at the school. For ages 9 and up.
Cardio-Kickoxing Classes!!!!
A great class to add to your fitness program; all are welcome, no karate experience neccessary. Stay fit, lose weight.

MISSED CLASS MAKE-UP OPTIONS: Saturday is an all-age, all rank class with enough instructors to separate the kids, adults and ranks. Green and up may come to any adult class to make up.

Student Referral Program
Students may invite friends and relatives to try Kensho-Ryu FREE for one month. If that person signs up, you can earn t-shirts, hats and even free tuition for a month. Referral cards are available at the front desk. referral cards are good for both the regular program and the Hybrid Fighting Arts program.
