CARDIO KICKBOXING
This is a great program for people who want to get in shape, get some exercise, need a boost on their weight loss program, yet do not want to work for belt rank. Classes are not choreographed and easy to follow. Punch and kick bag drills, core exercise and cardio are included in each class.
No previous experience is required, beginners and those new to exercise are welcome!
All fitness levels will benefit from this class.
wear workout clothes, footwear is barefoot, socks or sneakers/shoes that are only worn in the dojo, never outdoors. Bring your own bag gloves or borrow ours.
